How long does shipping take?
Once your order is shipped, delivery takes 4-9 business days to UK and Europe. 7-15 business days everywhere else.
If I change my mind, can I return?

Are your cases MagSafe compatible?

I'm not sure what phone I have. How do I find out?
You can find your phone model in your device settings menu. Specific instructions are below.
iPhone:
On your iPhone, go to Settings -> General -> About.
Android:
On your Android phone, go to Settings. Scroll down and tap About Phone or About Device > Model
I already have a tough case from you. Can I just buy the printed outer shell?
We don't support only buying the hard outer shell at this time. However we think this is a great idea and are working hard to implement it in the future.
How much do your cases weigh?
Our cases are designed to be as lightweight as possible. Our snap cases weigh just 25 grams, and our tough cases weigh 50 grams.
To put this into context, a standard iPhone 15 weighs 187 grams.
