Returns & Exchanges


We operate a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receipt of your goods to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your goods must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

After requesting a return, we'll be in touch. If your return is accepted you'll then have 14 days to post the goods back to us. You must contact us first before returning any items to us. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

All returns must be sent to our address in the UK. You as the consumer will be required to pay the return postage costs.

If you choose to return your goods using normal, untracked delivery, then please ensure you get proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible if the goods go missing on its return.

As all our products are made-to-order we kindly request that you double check you've ordered the correct size case for your device. If there's a problem, contact us straight away so we can amend the order.


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


As all our items are made to order, we don't allow exchanges. But if there's something wrong, contact us.


If you are approved a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We normally advise up to 10 working days from when the refund is issued.


As all our cases are made-to-order we cannot cancel an order once it enters production. Orders enter production 3 hours after purchase so cancellations are only possible during that window. If you wish to cancel after that time, the only option would be a return once you've received your order.
