1. When will I receive my order?
All our items are made to order. We work to ship all orders within 1-3 days. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. See more details on our shipping page.
2. What's your return policy?
We operate a 30 day returns policy which means you have 30 days from receiving the item(s) to request a return/refund. You can see full details on our returns page.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if your order has not yet entered production. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hour of purchase.
4. I've ordered the wrong item! What do I do?
Please contact us immediately using our contact form or by emailing support@brindly.com. We can change your order if it's not yet entered production.
5. What's your guarantee?
We offer a 1 year guarantee on all our items. This means that if you encounter a genuine manufacturer fault within the first year, we will replace it free of charge. This does not cover general wear and tear.
6. How can I contact you?
You can contact us by either sending us a message using our contact us form, or by emailing support@brindly.com. We aim to reply to all queries within 24 hours.
7. Where are you based?
We're based in the UK and our warehouse is strategically placed in Europe - so that we can ship orders worldwide. Contact details can be found at the bottom of any of our website pages.
8. Are your phone cases wireless charging compatible?
Yes! Even the tough cases.
9. Are your cases MagSafe compatible?
We have MagSafe options where applicable. Please see the product options.
9. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we'll get you a new one.
10. You haven't replied to my email, what do I do?
We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours. If you've not heard back within that time, please check your spam inbox as sometimes emails end up there. Alternatively you can message us using the chat function on our website.
