When will I receive my order?
All our items are made to order, and we aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

- USA: 8–15 days (Express: 2–5 days)
- Australia: 16–30 days (Express: 4–9 days)

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we can update it. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

What happens if my order is delayed?
Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, but if you experience delays, check your tracking link for updates. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us, and we’ll look into it for you.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or your package appears lost, contact us via our Contact Form.
- UK: If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 days of dispatch, let us know.
- USA & Australia: If it hasn’t arrived within 30 days of dispatch, we’ll investigate and offer a solution.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only to the UK, USA, and Australia.
- We do not ship to Europe, Canada, or other countries at this time.

Will I have to pay customs fees?
We handle all customs declarations, but depending on your country's regulations, you may be required to pay import duties or taxes. For UK, USA, and Australian customers, customs fees are rare for small parcels like phone cases, but we recommend checking your country’s import policies for more details.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lithuania, EU. Every order comes with full tracking, so you can stay updated on its journey until it reaches you safely.

Brindly is a UK-based company, but all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lithuania, EU. This allows us to efficiently fulfill orders and deliver to customers worldwide while maintaining high-quality production and reliable shipping.
What if my tracking hasn’t updated?
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, especially if your order is in transit between countries. If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days, rest assured that your package is still on its way. If you’re concerned, feel free to contact us, and we’ll check on it for you.
How do I know my order has been received?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all your details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us, and we’ll confirm it for you.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. If you're not satisfied, you can return it for a refund.
Return details:
- Items must be in their original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed once we receive the return.

Do you offer exchanges?
We only offer exchanges if you ordered the wrong phone size/model.
- We do NOT offer exchanges for design changes, but you can return your order for a refund if it's unused.
- If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, contact us via our Contact Form, and we’ll help you get the right one.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t entered production yet. Since all cases are made to order, this window is short.
- To cancel, contact us within 3 hours of purchase via our Contact Form.
- If your order is already in production, we cannot cancel it.
I’ve ordered the wrong item! What should I do?
If you ordered the wrong phone model, case type, or design, contact us immediately via our Contact Form.
- If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we can modify it.
- If it’s already in production, we can’t make changes.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Our cases are designed for both style and protection. The Tough Case offers dual-layer protection with a shock-absorbing inner lining, while the MagSafe Case is reinforced for durability and compatibility.
Will the design fade or peel?
No! Our cases are printed using high-quality UV printing technology, ensuring vibrant, long-lasting designs that won’t fade or peel under normal use.
Are your phone cases wireless charging compatible?
Yes! All our phone cases, including the Tough Case, are fully wireless charging compatible.
Do you offer MagSafe cases?
Yes! We offer MagSafe-compatible cases. If you need one, select the MagSafe option when choosing your case.
Can I customize my phone case?
At this time, we don’t offer custom designs. However, we are always adding new designs—sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!
Warranty & Guarantee
What’s your guarantee?
We offer a 1-year guarantee on all cases. If you experience a manufacturing defect (e.g., print fading, peeling, or fit issues) within the first year, we’ll replace it free of charge.
What’s not covered?
- General wear and tear
- Accidental damage (drops, scratches, etc.)

Is my payment secure?
Yes! We use secure payment processing and encryption technology to protect your data. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.
Do you offer student or military discounts?
We don’t have a dedicated student/military discount yet, but keep an eye out for promotions!
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
