Shipping policy
All orders are made and dispatched from our production facility in Lithuania, EU.ย Every order is sent using a fully tracked shipping service, allowing you to follow your parcel from dispatch through to delivery.

Please note: Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.
During busy periods, including sales, bank holidays and festive seasons, dispatch times may occasionally take a little longer.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.
If you haven't received your dispatch email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Missing, Lost & Delivered Parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check:
- Around your property and any designated safe places
- With other members of your household
- With neighbors who may have accepted the parcel
- With your local delivery office if applicable
If you're still unable to locate your parcel, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking. After this period we are unable to investigate with the courier and therefore cannot issue replacements or refunds.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend the delivery address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
