Brindly's complimentary 1 Year Guarantee was available on eligible orders placed up to and including 13th July 2026.

As of 14th July 2026, Brindly no longer offers an additional manufacturer's guarantee or warranty on new purchases.

Existing Orders

If you placed your order on or before 13th July 2026, your purchase remains covered by the terms of the 1 Year Guarantee that was in place at the time of purchase and we will continue to honour those commitments.

Orders Placed From 14th July 2026 Onwards

Orders placed from 14th July 2026 onwards are not covered by Brindly's previous 1 Year Guarantee.

Customers continue to be protected by their statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@brindly.com and we'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns

Unused items may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
