How We Handle Reviews

Weโ€™re proud that most of our customers leave 5-star reviews (thank you!). But when something goes wrong, we always do our best to make it right.

If a customer leaves a negative or misleading review, weโ€™ll always reach out to resolve the issue. If the review contains incorrect informationโ€”or if the situation is fully resolved but the review no longer reflects thatโ€”we may choose to remove it in line with our review moderation policy.

We also follow up twice with customers to give them a fair chance to respond. If we donโ€™t hear back, and the review is inaccurate or unfair, it may be unpublished.
