How We Handle Reviews

We’re proud that most of our customers leave 5-star reviews (thank you!). But when something goes wrong, we always do our best to make it right.

If a customer leaves a negative or misleading review, we’ll always reach out to resolve the issue. If the review contains incorrect information—or if the situation is fully resolved but the review no longer reflects that—we may choose to remove it in line with our review moderation policy.

We also follow up twice with customers to give them a fair chance to respond. If we don’t hear back, and the review is inaccurate or unfair, it may be unpublished.
