3. Product Use Disclaimer
Brindlyโs phone, tablet, and laptop cases are designed to protect devices under normal use. However:
- Our products are not guaranteed to prevent damage to devices.
- Brindly is not liable for damage caused by impacts, drops, misuse, improper installation, or modification of products.
Brindly cases are designed to provide extra protection, but they do not make your phone indestructible. We do not offer a guarantee against any damage, as factors such as drop angle, impact surface, existing wear on the phone, or storage conditions can all play a role in breakage. Brindly is not liable for any device damage sustained while using our products.
4. Advertising Claims Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate descriptions of product features (e.g., scratch-resistance, drop protection), individual results may vary depending on usage and conditions. These descriptions are not guarantees of damage prevention or product performance in all situations.
5. Product Variations and Manufacturing Disclaimer
Brindly products are made-to-order using a print-on-demand process. Slight variations may occur, including:

These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.
6. Purchases and Payments
6.1 Order Accuracy

6.2 Cancellations

7. Shipping Policy
7.1 General Shipping Terms
Shipping costs and options will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are non-binding. Brindly is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, or force majeure events.
7.2 International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees required by the destination country. Brindly is not responsible for these charges, and orders returned due to unpaid customs fees will not be eligible for refunds.
7.3 Risk of Loss
Brindly is not responsible for loss or damage to packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 Eligibility for Returns
If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, weโre happy to offer a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
8.2 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
8.3 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received.
