Our Return Policy

We operate a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receipt of your goods to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your goods must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. 

How to Request a Return

To request a return please contact us using our form here or by emailing support@brindly.com.

Please include the following information in your return request:

  1. Your name.
  2. Your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email).
  3. Your reason for return.
  4. A picture of what you have received.

What Happens After I Request a Return?

After requesting a return, we'll be in touch. If we require further info, we'll let you know. Our customer service team work Monday to Friday and aim to reply within 24 hours. If you contact us on a weekend, we will reply on Monday. Once your return is accepted you'll then have 14 days to post the goods back to us. 

You must contact us first before returning any items. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted and all returns must be sent back to our address in the UK.

Return Shipping Charge

We only cover the return shipping charge in instances where we've made a mistake such as if we accidentally sent you the wrong size or if there is a manufacturing issue. In scenarios where you have ordered the wrong size, or changed your mind, you will be required to cover the return postage costs.

If you choose to return your goods using normal, untracked delivery, then please ensure you get proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible if the goods go missing on its return.

Exchanges

As all our items are made-to-order we only allow exchanges in instances where you've ordered or received the wrong size. Your replacement order will be of the same design. We do not allow you to exchange a case for a different design.

Refunds

If you are approved a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We normally advise up to 10 working days from when the refund is issued.

Cancellations

As all our cases are made-to-order we cannot cancel an order once it enters production. Orders enter production 3 hours after purchase so cancellations are only possible during that window. If you wish to cancel after that time, you will need to wait to receive the case, then return it back to us for a refund.
