Where's My Order?
All our items are made-to-order. This process can take 1-4 working days to complete after which your order will be dispatched. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
If it's been longer than 4 business days and you've not yet received a shipping email, you can contact us using our contact form or by emailing support@brindly.com. Our team will be happy to give you an update.
Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding UK bank holidays. Please allow extra time during busy periods such as Christmas.
Not received any emails?
You should receive two emails from us. An order confirmation and a shipping email once dispatched. If you've not received them, please check your spam folder as some email providers may accidentally put them there.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered?
If you've had a shipping confirmation email but haven't received your order, please check our shipping page for estimated delivery times. If you've been waiting longer than you should, you can contact us using the methods above for an update. We have to wait 10 working days from dispatch to determine whether an order has been lost in the mail. After this point we can send you a replacement order or offer a refund.
