Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Europe. We use fully tracked shipping services so you can see where your parcel is along the way.
All items are made to order. Your order will take 1-3 days to be made plus shipping time below.
Shipping Times:
- UK and Europe: 4-9 business days
Express 1-3 day delivery also available. - USA: 8-14 business days
Express 2-3 day delivery also available. - Oceania: 8-16 business days
- Rest of World: 8-14 business days
Shipping Price
- £2.95 standard. Free when you spend £35+.
During busy periods it can a little longer to dispatch your order so please allow extra time around festive seasons.

How long does shipping take?
All items are made to order and take 1-3 days to be dispatched. Once shipped, delivery takes 4-9 business days to UK and Europe. 7-15 business days everywhere else. We also have express 1-3 day shipping options available at checkout.
If I change my mind, can I return?
We offer 30 day returns so if you change your mind, just send it back to us for a refund.
Are your cases wireless charging compatible?
Yes, our entire range of cases support wireless charging.
Are your cases MagSafe compatible?
Only our cases marked as MagSafe are compatible with MagSafe chargers and accessories.

I'm not sure what phone I have. How do I find out?
You can find your phone model in your device settings menu. Specific instructions are below.
iPhone:
On your iPhone, go to Settings -> General -> About.
Android:
On your Android phone, go to Settings. Scroll down and tap About Phone or About Device > Model
I already have a tough case from you. Can I just buy the printed outer shell?
We don't support only buying the hard outer shell at this time. However we think this is a great idea and are working hard to implement it in the future.
How much do your cases weigh?
Our cases are designed to be as lightweight as possible. Our snap cases weigh just 25 grams, and our tough cases weigh 50 grams.
To put this into context, a standard iPhone 15 weighs 187 grams.
Are your cases drop tested?
Yes, our phone cases are rigorously drop tested to ensure maximum protection for your device. Each case undergoes extensive testing from multiple heights and angles to guarantee that it can withstand daily drops and impacts. We prioritize durability and reliability, so you can trust our cases to keep your phone safe.
