AirPod Case Installation Guide

Step 1: Clean Your AirPods Case
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean your AirPods case, ensuring it’s free of dust or debris for a secure fit.

Step 2: Prepare the Case
Separate the top and bottom parts of the AirPod case cover. Remove the backing from the double-sided adhesive on the top part to prepare it for installation.

Step 3: Install the Bottom Cover
Align the bottom part of the cover with the base of your AirPods case. Gently push it in until it fits snugly.

Step 4: Install the Top Cover
Carefully align the top part of the cover with the lid of your AirPods case. Press it firmly into place, ensuring the adhesive sticks securely.

Step 5: Check the Fit
Open and close your AirPods case to ensure smooth operation. Make sure the charging port and indicator light are unobstructed.

Step 6: Add the Carabiner (Optional)
Attach the included metal carabiner to the loop on the case for easy portability.

I'm not sure what phone I have. How do I find out?

You can find your phone model in your device settings menu. Specific instructions are below.

iPhone:

On your iPhone, go to Settings -> General -> About.

Android:

On your Android phone, go to Settings. Scroll down and tap About Phone or About Device > Model

I already have a tough case from you. Can I just buy the printed outer shell?

We don't support only buying the hard outer shell at this time. However we think this is a great idea and are working hard to implement it in the future.

How much do your cases weigh?

Our cases are designed to be as lightweight as possible. Our snap cases weigh just 25 grams, and our tough cases weigh 50 grams.

To put this into context, a standard iPhone 15 weighs 187 grams.

Are your cases drop tested?

The durability of each phone can vary, and breaking points depend on the conditions of the drop. For instance, a phone dropped from just 10cm onto a sharp pebble could sustain irreparable damage, while a fall from over 5m onto soft grass might cause no harm at all.

Our cases are designed to withstand drops of up to 1.5m onto a flat surface without breaking, providing reliable protection in everyday scenarios. However, please note that this is not a guarantee, as actual performance may vary depending on the specific conditions and impact.
