Important Update on U.S. Shipping & Tracking

We want to keep you updated on a recent change that affects how tracking works for U.S. orders.
Because of new import rules, our courier has changed their process:
- Your order ships from our facility as normal.
- You won’t receive a dispatch notification or tracking number until the package reaches the U.S. and is handed over to USPS.
- This usually takes about 5–6 days after dispatch.
- Until then, your order will show as “unfulfilled” in your account, even though it’s already on the way.
- This only applies to orders shipped with Standard or Economy shipping. Express orders will be shipped with FedEx and you'll receive tracking info the moment the order is shipped out from our facility.
We know it’s not ideal to wait for tracking updates, but please rest assured your order is moving through the system and will be with you soon 💛
