Appreciate that you make cases for lots of different models, quality looks cleaan and i like how it reaches around the front to protect the edges. Please drop some cool popsocket type accessories or offer engraving on the cases that would be fun

It feels really nice in your hand, and the raised rubber protection around the front is great because if you drop it face down, you don’t have to worry so much about the screen. They also have some really cute designs, and I love that it’s MagSafe compatible too. Overall, I think it was a really good buy. I was looking for a pretty case for my phone, it seems to be hard to find a reasonably priced, pretty phone case for a Samsung S25 Ultra. I order this case and im so pleased with it! No complaints! I feel like it is a sturdy case that also looks cute - that’s the problem… cute cases are always either cute or protective, but i feel like this doe s a good job at both. I mean, it’s in indestructible… but for every day use, it’s great! I like that it has MagSafe as well… makes it so much easier to charge my phone! I have had my phone for a few weeks now, and have already dropped it once or twice (oops!) no damage at all whatsoever!

I've been using this phone case for a bit now, and it's been great. It fits perfectly, feels sturdy, and doesn't add a lot of bulk to my phone. I've already had a couple of small drops, and it's done an excellent job protecting my phone. What impressed me most is how well it's held up. Even with everyday use, it still looks new and hasn't shown any signs of wearing out. If you're looking for a phone case that's durable, protective, and worth the money, I'd definitely recommend checking this one out.

Love my new Brindly cases for iPhone 16. Haven’t dropped phone yet so not sure how it will hold up but seems quite sturdy, & I already have a screen protector on. I ordered from here bc I had a Casetify one first which the design started peeling after ONE month & they tried to claim that’s regular wear & tear! I said if that’s considered “normal” your product is low quality, and only 6 month warranty & for their $$ prices that is crazy! Brindly seems better quality so far and edges are more comfortable for holding/typing for a more reasonable price, better warranty. I got 2 amazing cases for the price of one awful Casetify!

I already have a tough case from you. Can I just buy the printed outer shell?
We don't support only buying the hard outer shell at this time. However we think this is a great idea and are working hard to implement it in the future.
How much do your cases weigh?
Our cases are designed to be as lightweight as possible. Our snap cases weigh just 25 grams, and our tough cases weigh 50 grams.
To put this into context, a standard iPhone 15 weighs 187 grams.
Are your cases drop tested?
The durability of each phone can vary, and breaking points depend on the conditions of the drop. For instance, a phone dropped from just 10cm onto a sharp pebble could sustain irreparable damage, while a fall from over 5m onto soft grass might cause no harm at all.
Our cases are designed to offer strong protection in everyday scenarios, helping to reduce the risk of damage from accidental drops. However, as with all phone cases, protection can vary depending on the surface, angle, and force of the impact—so we can’t guarantee against all damage.
Do your cases guarantee my phone won’t break?
While our Tough cases provide excellent protection, no case can make a phone indestructible. We do not offer a guarantee against any damage, as external factors like drop impact, phone condition, and angle of impact all affect breakage risk.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
UK orders: No, all taxes are already included in your checkout price.
USA orders: No — you won’t have to pay any extra customs or import fees. Everything is covered in the price you see at checkout.
