I already have a tough case from you. Can I just buy the printed outer shell?
We don't support only buying the hard outer shell at this time. However we think this is a great idea and are working hard to implement it in the future.
How much do your cases weigh?
Our cases are designed to be as lightweight as possible. Our snap cases weigh just 25 grams, and our tough cases weigh 50 grams.
To put this into context, a standard iPhone 15 weighs 187 grams.
Are your cases drop tested?
The durability of each phone can vary, and breaking points depend on the conditions of the drop. For instance, a phone dropped from just 10cm onto a sharp pebble could sustain irreparable damage, while a fall from over 5m onto soft grass might cause no harm at all.
Our cases are designed to offer strong protection in everyday scenarios, helping to reduce the risk of damage from accidental drops. However, as with all phone cases, protection can vary depending on the surface, angle, and force of the impact—so we can’t guarantee against all damage.
Do your cases guarantee my phone won’t break?
While our Tough cases provide excellent protection, no case can make a phone indestructible. We do not offer a guarantee against any damage, as external factors like drop impact, phone condition, and angle of impact all affect breakage risk.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
UK orders: No, all taxes are already included in your checkout price.
USA orders: No — you won’t have to pay any extra customs or import fees. Everything is covered in the price you see at checkout.
