I was looking for a tortoiseshell case for my new phone and Brindly's was the best looking, offered most protection and looked the most chic! Easy choice! And so far I love the case - was worried about the case being slippy because it's gloss but it actually has decent grip - good for butter fingers like me.

Customer service was great as my first ( mag safe) iPhone cover wouldn’t charge with my magnetic fast charger. They sent out a second cover and it’s doing the same thing so will need to video it somehow and return both.

Delivery took a while but the case is lovely. It’s really shiny so expecting to see scratches after using for a while which is a shame.
After finding such a lovely case online I was really excited to receive this. It came quicker than expected and I can’t fault the communication and service I received. However, I have to say I’m disappointed by the print on the case. It appears pixelated, it’s almost as though a low quality image has been printed on to the plastic then turned in to a case. It’s just not representative of the price, but even if it had cost less I wouldn’t like it now that I’ve seen it in the flesh. I bought two of these cases and one is for a friend but I’ve decided not to give it to her now as I’m not best pleased with the finish at all. Maybe other prints wouldn’t have the same effect, but this tortoise shell one I’ve got is grainy, pixelated and blurry.

I already have a tough case from you. Can I just buy the printed outer shell?
We don't support only buying the hard outer shell at this time. However we think this is a great idea and are working hard to implement it in the future.
How much do your cases weigh?
Our cases are designed to be as lightweight as possible. Our snap cases weigh just 25 grams, and our tough cases weigh 50 grams.
To put this into context, a standard iPhone 15 weighs 187 grams.
Are your cases drop tested?
The durability of each phone can vary, and breaking points depend on the conditions of the drop. For instance, a phone dropped from just 10cm onto a sharp pebble could sustain irreparable damage, while a fall from over 5m onto soft grass might cause no harm at all.
Our cases are designed to offer strong protection in everyday scenarios, helping to reduce the risk of damage from accidental drops. However, as with all phone cases, protection can vary depending on the surface, angle, and force of the impact—so we can’t guarantee against all damage.
Do your cases guarantee my phone won’t break?
While our Tough cases provide excellent protection, no case can make a phone indestructible. We do not offer a guarantee against any damage, as external factors like drop impact, phone condition, and angle of impact all affect breakage risk.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
UK orders: No, all taxes are already included in your checkout price.
USA orders: No — you won’t have to pay any extra customs or import fees. Everything is covered in the price you see at checkout.
