I really love my new phone case. It feels like it is really good quality, and a nice change from the flimsy plastic cases.

I wasn't sure at 1st because I never really go for cases that cost more than £10 but I wanted something that was spooky and cute and keep my phone protected. When it came I was more than happy and glad I splashed out. It is worth it it looks good and definitely well made. I'm so happy
Team accidentally sent me the wrong case and was super quick to rectify the mistake. Case is absolutely lovely and great quality!
I ordered this phone case as an exact replacement of my current phone case I ordered from brindly 2 years ago now. A few drops here and there over the years and a slight cracks above the camera which happens. I loved this ghost design so much that I needed the exact same one.
Item took a long time to be prepared for dispatch. The quality of the print was disappointing as well as the wrong model being shipped so didn't fit my phone. Have requested refund, will not be purchasing again.
🤩
Amazing case!
amazing
I really like this case, it's stylish and cute, but I wasn't super impressed with the quality overall. The print sort of "seeps" towards the edges of the case. I also find the case quite slippery and have already dropped it causing immediate scratches. Wish it was a little tougher and more scratchy resistant.
Store owner replied: Hi Ruby, Thanks so much for your feedback, we’re glad you love the style of your Boo Babe case, but we’re really sorry to hear the quality wasn’t quite what you hoped for. That’s not the experience we want you to have. If you’d like, please drop us a message at support@brindly.com and we’ll be happy to look into this for you. We always want to make sure you’re completely happy with your case 💛 — The Brindly Team
Lovely case. Good quality
I bought this case last year for Halloween and ended up keeping it on all year. I noticed the color was starting to fade on the corners so I ordered a replacement. I really like the pattern a lot!
Fab
Cute wee case that feels like it's protecting phone sufficiently

Brilliant ghost phone case study
I accidentally ordered the wrong model & they were great about exchanging for the right one. Great quality, adorable pattern & feels really secure on phone
.
Cute design , good quality , happy with purchase 😊
As much as I love the pattern of my phone case, I feel like it's abit too expensive for what you get. Case isn't very weighty and feels quite cheap. I was expecting something abit more heavy duty.
Love this case. So cute. Protective and the design is awesome.
So amazing love it

I'm not sure what phone I have. How do I find out?
You can find your phone model in your device settings menu. Specific instructions are below.
iPhone:
On your iPhone, go to Settings -> General -> About.
Android:
On your Android phone, go to Settings. Scroll down and tap About Phone or About Device > Model
I already have a tough case from you. Can I just buy the printed outer shell?
We don't support only buying the hard outer shell at this time. However we think this is a great idea and are working hard to implement it in the future.
How much do your cases weigh?
Our cases are designed to be as lightweight as possible. Our snap cases weigh just 25 grams, and our tough cases weigh 50 grams.
To put this into context, a standard iPhone 15 weighs 187 grams.
Are your cases drop tested?
The durability of each phone can vary, and breaking points depend on the conditions of the drop. For instance, a phone dropped from just 10cm onto a sharp pebble could sustain irreparable damage, while a fall from over 5m onto soft grass might cause no harm at all.
Our cases are designed to offer strong protection in everyday scenarios, helping to reduce the risk of damage from accidental drops. However, as with all phone cases, protection can vary depending on the surface, angle, and force of the impact—so we can’t guarantee against all damage.
Do your cases guarantee my phone won’t break?
While our Tough cases provide excellent protection, no case can make a phone indestructible. We do not offer a guarantee against any damage, as external factors like drop impact, phone condition, and angle of impact all affect breakage risk.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
UK orders: No, all taxes are already included in your checkout price.
USA orders: No — you won’t have to pay any extra customs or import fees. Everything is covered in the price you see at checkout.
